I worked with Rob on Max Power magazine when he was Publishing Director and I was Promotions Manager. He grew the title to the UK's largest young lad's magazine (according to research conducted at the time 89% of 18-year old boys read it). Rob was always professional, calm and strategic in his approach. His leadership style is one of 'leader / coach' - he gets the right people in the right positions, gives them clear directions on what the team goals are and then provides them with enough autonomy and flexibility to do their job. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Rob and would recommend him in a Senior Management position.
