Led and inspected each command with oversight for all security disciplines and to assist with corrective action to enable commands are equipped, manned and trained in support of all security disciplines. Exceptional foreign liaison with host nation representatives in coordination with SOFA agreements as well as country specific agreements through the embassy to clarify host nation security processes and procedures. Individually led discussions to implement finger printing of local nationals and CAC issuance meeting HSPD-12 requirements throughout the European and African continents which had not been accomplished in the previous 20 years. Expert liaison with FBI, DoD, OGA, local, state and federal law enforcement agencies in clarifying policy and directives and working to recommend changes. Acting ACSO for a six-month period during absent of the incumbent. Hand-selected to perform TDY to Birmingham Field Office during unforeseen absence of security personnel and asked to extend an additional 30 days.
