Regularly deputising for the MD – Phase 1. CDM Client rep for the Area. Sponsored Safety initiatives (Demolitions Best Practice) with Costain Skanska jv as part of the Phase 1 Safety Health & Wellbeing Executive Leadership Team (SHWELT). Led the implementation of the £600m+ Enabling works contract with CSjv, now substantially through the implementation phase, with 2/3 demolitions complete, nearly 20,000 bodies exhumed, and 34,000+ cubic metres spoil removed. Lead HS2 spokesperson at the Quarterly Euston Community Relations Group engagement meetings. Regularly interfacing with Camden councillors and local MP Kier Starmer. Presented on several occasions to the Secretary of State for Transport.
