I was incredibly fortunate to have met Rob at a very early stage of my career. As a young professional within the industry, I admire Rob's professional, friendly and pro-active approach to safety. Rob is a clear communicator and a hard-working, reliable and approachable character, who is very knowledgeable within the profession. As well as previously managing myself during internships at NG Bailey and Hamilton Deed at the start of my career, Rob continues to act as a great mentor to me - always willing to share opportunities, knowledge and ideas to aid my progression. Rob always pushes for the best results and is well-respected by his peers which is a credit to his diligent and conscientious attitude. Rob is a pleasure to work with and to learn from and I would highly recommend Rob to any individuals within the profession whether this is a future employer or somebody looking for outstanding mentorship.

I had the pleasure of working under Mr Rob Bullen 2 years ago, a very supportive and knowledgeable gentleman. He brought the best out in me without me even knowing it, he was always hungry for new knowledge and challenges , very well thought of throughout our division and people still refer to him in conversations now. Very professional to the end, never had a negative moment, always willing to help. I would highly recommend Rob to anyone because of his commitment to Health and Safety and his vast breadth of knowledge.

Rob Bullen is a highly knowledgeable, efficient and respectful gentleman who happens to be my former boss. One of the many things he taught me was to aspire only for the best and he continues to guide me along the way. His leadership skills are phenomenal. Instead of giving orders, he gives direction. Instead of giving targets, he shares a vision. Mr Bullen is extremely technically competent, and he is always looking for ways to positively challenge anyone around him to develop professionally. I continue to receive mentorship support from him in facilitating my IOSH chartered membership status. Thanks for all your support Rob..
