  My role has adapted with the continual growth of the charity, encompassing a broad range of responsibilities across office management and operations. I play a key role in external communications, managing the website, all social media channels and the charity newsletter, including creation of content. I also oversee the day-to-day management of databases and finances, and provide support to the CEO, Relationship Manager, Development Director and Trustees. As a member of a small team in a busy and ever-growing organisation, at the heart of my role is a passion to deliver the charity's mission - to provide opportunities to disadvantaged, gifted young musicians - a high level of organisation and task management, and an enthusiasm to develop my personal skills.
