Creator of two feature screenplays, several shorts and a horror webisode pilot. Rob recently scripted segments for a Hollywood director's horror anthology project. The Stonecarver was a Carson Reeve's Scriptshadow Top Five Friday Showdown selection (as Quiescent). Rob's screenplays have been utilized as a teaching aid at two universities.(Photo by Wendy C. Bialek)The Stonecarver (sci-fi/thriller) Deep under Manhattan a vision-haunted Native American tunnel worker and his sandhog crew unearth an ancient time-melding pyramid that threatens to destroy the city. Hellplasm (horror/thriller) When ghost-devouring demons invade a small town and the local paranormal society's TV show ratings plummet, the team battles the deadly hellspawn for the survival of their show--and their lives.Lakeside (horror short) A teenage graduation bash at a remote lakehouse is cut short by a hideous presence that emerges from the lake every six years.Deathlife (horror/action webisode pilot) A zombie Iraq War veteran and his band of misfits cope with their decaying bodies as they hunt for unaffected survivors of a zombie apocalypse.Eddie Whorl (horror short) An ailing truck driver slowly discovers that the hitchhiker he's picked up on a desolate mountain pass is not human.Exchange Student (horror short) A cocky college student investigating a dimensional portal encounters an unexpected surprise. Walmart Receipt (dramedy short, my take on the 2017 Oscars contest entries) A young couple settle their differences at a Walmart customer service counter.Spider Scenes (horror/action prologue) Were the King Kong spider scenes ever filmed? Why does the US military in 2182 want them so badly?Packaging (horror short) A young couple's stopover at an isolated mini-mart turns more mysterious--and dangerous--with each passing minute.
