Additionally, while assigned to the Customer Onboarding & Customer Success Team for about 2.5 years, crafted customer web portals that integrated with Impartner’s core Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform. Initially all customer portals were custom designed and built before migrating to a templated approach. These Mobile Responsive portals were built using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript and jQuery. Implemented custom updates to the newer, Bootstrap portals, as well as improvements to legacy portals. Collaborated closely with a Designer and Project Managers to build and deliver customer web portals to specifications, with a goal of completing satisfactory work within an increasingly shortened time frame.
