I have worked with Rob as part of the Information Integration and Governance (IIG) marketing team for almost two years. During this period, Rob was my team lead for my first year with the team. Rob has a good grip of the IIG portfolio, having both a technical product expertise and marketing acumen that helped the team deliver great results for our marketing campaigns. Rob's expertise is magnified by being aware of the right person to reach out to within the organization, which helps solve difficult problems and saves the team a lot of time on may occasions. As a team lead, Rob helped bridge the communication gap between our senior leaders, helping the newly formed team prioritize work and achieve success together. One of the best qualities about Rob is his knack for being a great listener. When you share an idea or approach with him, he elevates your thoughts to a great level while giving you the full credit for the same. This ability to refine an idea and bring out the best possible meaning out of it, inspires and happily surprises you to think of even better ideas. On a personal level, Rob eased my transition into the team and is always reachable for clarifying any query or providing a sandbox like environment to test my content marketing plans. Working with Rob is always fun, as he is able to see and share the lighter side of things.

I have had the great pleasure to work closely with Rob for more than 5 years. Working with Rob, means to work with someone who is passionate about his work, professional, creative and goal-oriented with a deep understanding of the integration and governance business/market. Rob possesses the rare art for connecting the dots between the technical and business side, always resulting in very powerful yet easy to digest messages.
