Oversee operations and direction of BV Capital, which is a member of the Bridgeview family of companies. Founded in 2011 Bridgeview Real Estate is a private veteran owned real estate development and investment company. BV Capital is Bridgeview's private equity company offering direct access to alternative investments historically only available to institutions. BV Capital distributes these investments to financial advisors, registered investment advisors, family offices and high net worth investors. BV Capital is focused on providing smart capital to real estate developers, sponsors and fund managers across the major commercial real estate and alternative investment asset classes. Having grown out of a real estate development company BV Capital primarily works with Bridgeview and affiliates on real estate in Texas and surrounding markets and offers investments in single property assets as well as diversified portfolios and funds. BV Capital also works with select sponsors on a variety of alternative investment offerings. Rob and his wife Michelle live in Dallas, TX. His oldest daughter is attending Baylor University with the younger two quite busy with dance, gymnastics and various other sports. Show less

Rob and his wife Michelle lived in the Katy area of Houston with their three daughters. He is a member of Second Baptist Church 1463 Campus, and a member and volunteer at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. He sits on various nonprofit boards and is actively involved in the local community. He is an avid Houston sports fan, loves politics and vacation travel.
