      I completed an internship at a system integration firm that produces bespoke industrial robots for manufacturing applications. It was a great experience in which I was able to shadow and work alongside Engineers from various fields within Robotics. I gained an insight into how a business operates day to day and worked on a variety of live projects. CNCR made me feel very much part of their team, providing me with new skills and the confidence to apply my existing skills within an industry setting. I was able to use skills gained at university while completing tasks such as: producing 3D representations, 2D drawings and BOM’s for pneumatic assemblies using Solidworks; wiring, testing and fault finding electronic circuits for auxiliary systems of industrial robots; and testing and calibrating optical sensors for manufacturing applications.
