I had the pleasure of working with Rob during a cultural change programme at STFC. I was merging two Departments, with very different cultures, into a single department. Rob was hugely inciteful and incredibly patient with me as he introduced me to the concept of "strategic stories" and helped me understand the rationale behind the process as well as helping me to construct a story of my own for my new team. I think the process made a real difference and I certainly benefited from Rob's coaching enormously in delivering a successful outcome. He is a great coach and I am delighted to strongly recommend him

I met Rob when he was facilitating a series of leadership development & change management workshops for Virgin Media. Rob was able to influence me and a diverse group of managers to adopt more effective behaviours for leading others in the workplace. Since then, I have often contacted Rob for advice on all matters L&D and Rob has always been knowledgable, helpful and supportive.
