  XWAY (2021-2022): As a team lead I built a distributed team, provided the high velocity, grew the professional skills of members, increased bus factor from 1 to 2-3 on essential parts of the system. As a tech lead I organized regular data collection from marketplaces to data marts: prices, stocks, orders number of 200M products four times a day. As a senior software engineer I reversed many API of seller endpoints on marketplaces to provide automated solutions for sellers and sellers' managers.   As part of a team of 3 web developers I lauched fintech project from scratch: robocredit.ru - issue installment loans.
