Guy R.

Beyond being able to navigate and manage the complexities and challenges of a disruptive hardware startup, Rich is incredibly intuitive, hands-on, and solution-driven. An amazing team builder and team leader. Highly skilled at motivating without micromanaging. A mentor, not a tormentor. Trusts his gut, but more importantly, his team members. Not just down to earth, but caring. Rich is hands-down the best manager an engineer can wish for, and a friend for life. I would not hesitate to follow him again into battle.

Brian Griffey

Rich is a dedicated and hard working manager. He will go above and beyond to make sure that something is done on time. He's also very loyal to his employees and never leaves a man behind; if anyone had to work extra to get something done, Rich was right there with them. Great person to be your manager.

ATX LED is moving the lighting industry to low voltage DC, which is where LED lighting naturally belongs. There are many inherent advantages, including it is far more efficient, i.e. lower energy cost and consumption, lower copper usage, and lower labor costs, with longer lifespans for the lights. We provide an end-to-end DC low voltage whole-home lighting solution aimed at new construction for single-family and multi-family homes. We also offer cost-effective upgrade options to smart home controls and other advanced functionality that benefit the home and property owners. Show less
