Rachel was my study abroad consultant at Eastern Michigan University. Rachel did her best to make my study abroad experience a success. She took the initiative in an orientation meeting to provide students with a wealth of oral and written information, assuage our fears, and let us know what to expect moving forward. I had several questions about the process and had to go to the study abroad office and have e-mail conversations with her several times: Rachel always considered me professionally and responded to my e-mails promptly with detail. She also outlined what exactly to do to obtain a visa, which is one of the most important aspects of preparation for a study abroad. Thanks to her efforts, my study abroad experience was a complete success. I look forward to working with Rachel in the future if such an opportunity arises.
