I honestly believe that Rick will always have more to offer in talent, speed, and knowledge than anyone I know. i would be hard pressed to find anyone better. He is an excellent trainer, leader, and teammate. He works well in groups whether the bottom wrung of the ladder or as a project leader. He also works well as an individual as a self-starter and focused worker. Anyone would be lucky to have him.

After 2 years, we maintained design work, and also started selling our own products through local retailers, and on eBay. Independent Designs is currently developing new tooling, including a custom laser engraver. We are also in the latter stages of development of two new products in different industries, and several cutting-edge experimental products for niche industrial applications. Owner and founder.
