Becca has the most single-minded determination to help students succeed of anyone I have ever worked with in a collegiate setting. She has a unique ability to evaluate the landscape, take stock of people and their skills and perspectives, marshal resources, and devise a plan of action in a short timeframe. Her expertise on all matters Student Affairs is impressive. Administrators, faculty, and staff all defer to Becca's expertise on myriad issues beyond that of her current scope of work. Her compassionate and inclusive leadership style is part of what has ingrained her presence in so many campus functions. As one of our Vice Presidents memorably said, "There is only one Becca." It's true.
