  Project : Indosat Ooredoo (Indonesia) Actively participated in Online Transition of Indosat Ooredoo Project for IP Core to Ericsson Global Ltd. 24x7 remotely NOC Support for ISP Indosat Ooredoo, which consists multiple networking platforms, including Cisco, Juniper, Nexus, Nokia & Huawei. To open TAC Case with different hardware vendors like CISCO, Juniper, Nokia & Huawei etc. & follow-up with them till case closure. Dealing with B2B cases & resolving their issues.  Creating MOP & validated it from Team Lead/SME & after validation implemented the activity.  Establish Technical Relationship with Vendor to support network operations & to get root cause of incidents. Coordination with IP Transit Peers & CDN Peers to resolve the issues.  Created Many Topologies of Indosat Ooredoo mostly of B2B Customers & their Traffic flows which helps in Troubleshooting.
