Rizwan is a pleasure to work with and his stakeholder engagement skills are impressive. He is always super helpful, kind and compassionate and this always shines through in the work he does. I've worked with him, whilst working at 2 training providers and both times he provided excellent IAG refferals/candidates and placed them successfully into sustainable apprenticeships- that they actually want to do! I'd highly recommend Riz for his outstanding engagment and onboarding skills and overall account management/stakeholder engagement skills. Riz, you definitley know how to make long standing meaningful connections! Keep up the good work.

Riz is a very friendly and professional person. I had the opportunity to develop my skills and knowledge with TDM under Riz's guidance, and I have learned a lot that I can use for jobs and interviews that I gain in the future. When I was struggling to find IT jobs in my local area, Riz found opportunities that I could not have found on my own. What makes Riz special is that he has the ability to work with any TDM candidates and inspire them to pursue an IT career. After a full year of working with him, I would recommend Riz to anyone. I believe that TDM is an amazing organisation when Riz is at the helm. It has been a pleasure to work with him and his team and I have enjoyed my time with TDM so far. I'm looking forward to my future in the IT sector, and it is all thanks to Riz.

Consulting businesses on how Pilot Training could help upskill/reskill their workforce through recognised qualifications whilst also forward planning to ensure both short term and long term business/recruitment needs are met whilst helping improving efficiency, productivity, staff retention through CPD, internal promotions and staff morale. In most cases this was accessed with zero costs to the business or their employees, we did this by utilising funding opportunities which are available to organisations and individuals alike. In my short stay with this company, which was at the height of the Covid19 Pandemic, I managed to work with 19 new businesses and help all utilise the SSW initiative and upskill their workforce through a funded route, whilst also securing many new businesses for the government Kickstart scheme. At the time of leaving, a further 12 companies were pipelined to access the SSW initiative for their staff. I also achieved this success with no existing account base to work from and with very little marketing in place. My areas included (but were not limited to) - Manufacturing Retail Charities/Community organisations Customer Service/Sales Operations Training and Education Security Warehousing and Storage Show less
