Like many of my peers; some of my fondest memories and biggest growth opportunities were in classes and activities organized by R. Kevin Doyle. His curriculum was deeply thoughtful, bringing together cross-cultural understanding and knowledge about best practices in theater but also professionalism. I continue to use the things he taught in his classroom from flexibility in thought to a deeper understanding of the nuances of cultures and most importantly- the value of humility and kindness. I know R. Kevin Doyle will be a valuable addition to any institution and I can't wait to see where he lands next.

There is possibly not enough words to express my high opinion of Mr. Doyle. I have known Mr. Doyle since 1994. In the twenty seven years of knowing him, we have worked together in the arts (theatre of all formats). He has brought me in to teach at Mid Pacific for master classes along with performances and Master classes with Improvaganza: Hawaii Festival of Improvisation. I have also had the pleasure of producing in Los Angeles his musical ensemble OITA at The Pack Theatre. If you ever wish to have a theatre artist, educator and speaker well versed in the arts, experienced in educational theatre of all formats while treating other artists, students, teachers, producers and performers with the utmost professionalism, courtesy and kindness? R. Kevin Doyle is a perfect match for any position in Higher Education, Theatre Administration of any artistic capacity. Personally I consider Mr. Doyle a friend and confidant. As an African American Female artist, I feel he is a true full fledged ally for People of Color and the LGBTQIA+ Community. There are not enough words for this recommendation for R. I highly recommend him for all things Theatre and The Arts.
