In my current role, I am involved in the application of UAV propellers. This entails fabricating propellers using 3D printing and conducting tests in thrust stands and wind tunnels. Through these tests, we gather data on parameters such as thrust, efficiency, power requirements, and aerodynamic characteristics, enabling us to iterate and optimize the propeller design for improved performance. I engage in comprehensive investigations of customer complaints, field parts, and product deficiencies to effectively identify and address issues. I am responsible for managing field claim data, implementing enhancements for improved customer satisfaction, and conducting product validation and testing under real-world conditions to ensure top-notch quality and reliability. Additionally, I provide regular updates to customers and present findings. My pivotal role at KIA Motors International Limited (KMIL) involves actively participating in the development and inspection of new products, specifically fuel pumps. I conduct thorough analysis of fuel pump and fuel gauge failures in both gasoline and diesel vehicles, proposing strategic improvement measures. Show less

Through the implementation of quality control tools, I oversee daily inline quality activities on the shop floor. Additionally, I am responsible for managing shop floor 3C&5S activities to ensure a well-organized and clean environment. Utilizing advanced measuring instruments such as coordinate measuring machines and gauges, I conduct thorough quality assessments.
