Thanks to Robert the transition into my role within Amazon Web Services was much more enjoyable and fruitful. Robert positioned himself as a mentor anyone who showed the need to have a tenured, skilled, and passionate Information Technology Professional available to them. Robert provided a sophisticated approach to teaching others which challenged students to excel and ask complex questions for further learning. Robert proved essential in the AWS Escalations role and showed an immense passion towards maintaining the customer experience and reaching resolutions swiftly. He was quick to involve anyone, including senior leadership, when necessary to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction. I would gladly work with Robert again in any capacity to have the opportunity of having his immense technical knowledge shared.

I worked with Robert for a time at AWS (Amazon Web Service) and our paths crossed many times. While Robert focused mainly on Windows OS, he showed a great interest in Security standards, best practices and implementations. His ambition to learn was welcomed and the initiative he took to train on his own is admiring. I respect the humbleness when he doesn't something, and encourage his inquisitiveness when it comes to figuring it out.
