I had the honor of working with Bob during a consulting assignment at EZ-Lube. Bob was brought on as the interim VP of HR & I joined the company in an interim role to lead training and development. Although we were both independent consultants working in an interim capacity, I really worked directly for Bob throughout my entire assignment. After 25 years of senior level retail experience, I can honestly say without question that Bob is one of the most passionate professionals that I have ever known. When I describe Bob's effectiveness as an HR Professional, I often struggle for the right adjectives... perhaps the best term is legendary.
