I represent clients in a wide variety of disputes, beginning in their earliest stages and through trial. I have significant experience in protecting my clients’ interests in commercial disputes, which often include claims of breach of fiduciary duties, fraud, and breach of contract. I have extensive experience representing my clients in employment related disputes, intellectual property and trade secret disputes, and in government regulatory actions including cases brought by the Federal Trade Commission and Securities and Exchange Commission. My experience includes successfully defending clients against various claims of discrimination, wrongful termination, breaches of employment agreements, and class action and PAGA wage claims. I devote a significant portion of my practice to helping my clients avoid litigation through advising them on how to comply with both federal and state employment laws. I have represented numerous companies, directors, officers, members, and managers in relation to the defense and pursuit of claims of breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and breach of contract. I have also defended individuals and entities against Federal Trade Commission claims of violations of the Federal Trade Commission Act and the Telemarketing and Consumer Fraud and Abuse Prevention Act and have successfully negotiated resolutions of those claims on behalf of my clients.
