  Preparation, Evaluation & implementations of Request for BIDS (RFB) for strengthening FBR IT infrastructure which primarily consists of Datacenters (Active-Active and Primary-DR) setup. Keeping uptimes with redundant media, MPLS, ACL, QoS & IPSec to secure the information traveling in-between.Maintained and improved FBR call center operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing system audits and analyses; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs; installing upgrades and successfully migrated call center as well.Coordinate & liaison with Media service providers and Venders regarding commissioning of services, complaints, troubleshooting & keeping uptime of WAN /Internet links.Managing PRAL head office LAN of approx. 400 users, Using HP-7510 in HA, redundant fiber links from distribution switches & sticky MAC's at edge switches. providing them domain based authentication for Internet & Private DMZ hosted services.
