       One of my key assignments was working with a startup developing its Logistics' product for the US Market. The fixed cost project later grew into a full-fledged engagement model where 8-10 resources are being billed to the client. The product has seen two venture capital funding and is now a major player in the logistics domain.  A US based client with solutions for Drive Thru and POS based outlets; was being run by a 5 men team of which only 2 were billable.
