Tracks material transactions and records all costs being credited back to the company post return (hundreds of thousands of dollars). Reports funds that are gained and lost due to RMA & RTS activity. -Material Specialist (United Airlines, Frontier, ABX, ATI, Precision, Airbus, Conversions, etc.) -Built a professional relationship with 30+ aviation vendors and customers -Host Meetings for the Vice President, Directors, Managers, Supervisors, Subordinates, etc. -Handle significant aircraft parts (rotable, expendable, repairable, AOG parts, chemicals, consumables) -Research parts, analyze part documentation & determine whether parts are eligible for RMA -Request, process & follow up on RAM returns with vendors/manufactures -Follow various procedures for different vendors/manufactures & Customers -Input parts data into spreadsheets/templates & systems -Manage RMA & RTS costs (2020: $399,899.48, 2021: $276,051.65+) -Investigate & resolve issues for missing, mislabeled & unlabeled parts -Inventory control within two hangar warehouses (customer predraw & bulk cages, stock locations, designated HAZMAT storage, Sales cage) -Upload certs & parts into Wings via Allocation Interface -Sales order documentation, process in Wings & prepare parts for shipment -Train warehouse team members in all warehouse sections -Fork lift & reach lift license -Stay up to date on trainings (Airborne, customer, International Airport SIDA Badge, HAZMAT cert) -Well-rounded team player who can also pick up COMAT, deliver, receive, ship and issue parts and tools Show less
