  My responsibilities are :- make a showroom's owner interested to get a working capital from BCA Finance. The working capital is very useful for showroom to expand the business.- processing showroom's owner document in applying for working capital- analyzing showroom's cash flow from owner's bank statement- monitoring and reminding showroom's owner who have an overdue- be a person in charge (PIC) in some BCA Finance branches to do a SHF (Showroom Financing) project- manage Credit Marketing Officer (CMO) & admin to get a monthly achievement

  I joined PT. BCA Finance on April 2018 as a part of Professional Development Program (PDP) batch 23. As a part of PDP, i had to know all about PT. BCA Finance. I had to go through On the Job Training (OJT) in 10 months.On the first 3 months, i studied about Collection and how to handle customer's overdue on installment's payment in some ways. To pass this section, i had to presenting my OJT summary in front of users.On the next 2 months, i studied about Operation and how to process customer's document who applied for credit. To pass this section, i had to presenting my OJT summary in front of users again.On the next 2 months, i studied about Marketing and how to develop a relationship with business partner in order to get an application. To pass this section, i had to presenting my OJT summary again, in front of users.On the last 3 months, to pass all of this sections, i had to do a team project. Our project was processing data to decided factor which affecting customer to do a repeat order.
