  The tutorial position included presenting two tutorials per week to classes ranging from 15 to up to 30 first year students on general writing and argumentation skills as well as the work covered within the FIL 110 and FIL 120 curriculum. A major task of my position held at the University of Pretoria’s philosophy department was the marking and assessment of assignments, tests and exams for the subjects FILL 110 (which covered an introduction to philosophy and the history of philosophy, first year, first semester), FILL 120 (which covered critical thinking and the philosophy of science, first year, second semester), FIL 155 (Philosophy of Science, first year) and BPE 210 (Business Philosophy and Ethics, second year, first semester).
