In those three years, I've seen his not only excel at the core elements of his major -- programming and marketing, but also willing to learn other major that extend well beyond the scope of his major study. His wilingness to learn and take on those new responsibilities is something to be desired in any professional.

For the 8 months I worked for Mr. Wibowo (or we used to address him Ko Riyoko), I can see that he is a very kind leader. He wants his subordinates to do their best and strives for success. He has the quality of a leader, not just a boss. He can also see the potential of each person and he always assign someone based on their best capabilities. He never forced anyone to do something we are not comfortable in. In addition to that, he always appreciates the work that we do and never forget to say 'Thank you', which I think is something pretty rare to find in a supervisor.
