Virology & Vaccine Development Lab Passaged, maintained, infected (DENV, ZIKV), and preserved cell lines in BSL-2 lab to assist in the development of accurate animal models. Harvested, titrated, and studied flaviviruses and influenza viruses using IFA, plaque assays, SDS-PAGE/WB, and ELISA. Generated pseudoviruses (SARS-CoV-2 S on HIV-1 backbone) through plasmid transfection. Shadowed DENV antiviral development process through in vitro, in vivo, and clinical testing.
