-Maintaining good communication and a positive relationship with the Business team to promote employee satisfaction and retention.-Keep employees ’updated for any newly introduced policies around Covid supplemental leaves, sick time etc.-Act as a liaison between the client and consultants to ensure client and employee satisfaction and adjust strategies as needed.-Responsible for maintaining contact with all employees – assisting and providing an interface within the company towards employee relationship and human resource issues arising throughout the employees ’tenure.-Assist the teams with creating Work Order draft, Vendor Letter draft for C2C consultants visa extension procedures - Work actively with the Legal and the Immigration with necessary documentation and paperwork of C2C consultants. -Ensuring all pay revisions are done effectively to avoid impact on company margin and ensuring that the consultants are convinced and continues working on the assignment until the project ends; Make practical rate revision recommendations, closing them at the recommended rate, following with adequate documentation, ensuring all the revisions are recorded accurately in the system.-Handling day to day queries/escalations/grievances of the internal team, business for their respective portfolios - Help business and internal teams with employees ’ queries and concerns.-Track the Covid vaccination status of the employees and work with the employee and the client for any accommodation request following the federal mandates. -Ensuring that we find a placement that matches the skill set of those consultants who are finishing the project/hitting tenure cap by coordinating with the redeployment team; Get employee referrals from existing consultants and find them placement based on their experience, skill set to increase the market share.
