I had the pleasure of working with Ritika on the Miller Brewing business at Starcom. Of the many strong qualities that Ritikia possesses, two stood out for me in particular....1.) She is the quintessential teammate and concensus builder....a trait of great importance in media planning and 2.) she has fantastic analytical/critical thinking abilities with a great ability to break a problem down into its underlying components and come up with the most appropriate solution. For these reasons and more I would highly recommend Ritika.

Ritika is a very disciplined marketer. You could always count on her to insist our target audience and key messaging is being considered for each initiative. She would ask the right questions to make sure she understood how she could impact or enhance the larger corporate strategy. I enjoyed working with her and appreciated her flexibility in a rapidly changing start-up environment.
