Role/Responsibilities: Execution • Research on leadership mandates independently through primary and secondary sources • Building & maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for leadership level searches • Evaluate senior executives/candidates for fitment to the client's requirements • Fulfill time-sensitive projects to meet or exceed customer delight • Support consultants in the complete life cycle of execution • Owning and managing databases/repository • Creating market knowledge by mapping industries/companies Business Development Support • Build company profile documents for sales pitches • Support partners by making introductory/ scheduling calls

My internship at Woodsville academy helped me overcome my fears of work and personal life synchronization. I actively participated in the brainstorming events in the direction of growth of the organization that held on a regular basis.
