Without a second thought, I can say, Ritesh is one of the very few managers who places Interaction Design and Development on an equal scale of importance. He has this rare ability of understanding the User and makes no compromise in choosing technology to meet the needs of a User-Centric design. I have had an opportunity of working with him while designing an OS layer for Novatium. I was pleasantly surprised and immensely impressed with the way he managed the project. He was very much involved in every stage of design and was always there whenever I needed a hand in usability tests or design metaphor validations. The amount of time he puts in to understand the team and to the extent he goes to make each and everyone feel comfortable is commendable. His selfless nature and pleasant personality makes me feel that he is more a friend than a client. Any day, I will pick a project that is managed by Ritesh. All the best Ritesh.
