My job responsibilities involve in IT Operations Management and providing solutions to reoccurring problems impacting various endpoint compliance postures, Team Management, Driving Global Compliance Remediation action with 100+ Field engineers, working directly with GIT Leadership to create value in endpoint compliance & improve EUE, EUS  Working with Symantec AV, FireEye HX, Symantec DLP, Bitlocker, Bigfix, TITUS, CyberArk EPM and along with other Endpoint Control are maintained.  Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation with OEM and Engineering Team on open issues.  Supporting Ground team while open WAR room for Red alert for any security tool.  Implement SLA driven mechanism for endpoint non-compliance remediation action which includes NC priority and risk impact parameters.  Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as issue tracker and investigation outcomes.  Implement end user communication for enforcement of compliance standards to achieve improvement in endpoint compliance posture.  Handling and troubleshooting the OS Level and application level issues in endpoints.  Involving in internal reviews to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.  Handling team of 12 plus members for Remediation, Compliance Posture Validation & maintenance, perform data analytics to evaluate enterprise endpoint compliance posture for remediation actions.  Disseminate written policies and SOP's related to compliance activities.  File appropriate compliance report with internal process adherence team.  Mentoring & imparting knowledge for budding team members by conducting trainings.  Taking care of Vulnerability Assessment (VA) at Endpoint Level.
