I worked with Rita in the same back-end team, when she was coding in Ruby. She's very versatile, having no problem with learning new technologies and switching between different languages and tools. That gives her a very unique perspective when solving problems. She's always very proactive and full of new ideas. What's important, she actually acts on them, which is the hardest part. Whatever challenge she faces, she gives her best to overcome it and succeeds, even when the odds are against her. Persistence and hard work are her trademark traits, I've never seen somebody so willing to help others and having so much positive impact on the engineering community. It was always a pleasure to work with her, and she's also just fun to be around. Her communication skills are top-notch, she's honest and straightforward. She improves any team she's part of.
Karolina Enderlin Dike
I was one of participants of course 'Python for beginners' where Małgorzata was a mentor. Małgorzata was always well prepared, with excellent but concrete theoretical bases and lots of examples, practical excercises. She was always positive, helpful and full of patience with explaining every task step by step. Thanks to her I gained not only knowledge about Python programming but also tips how to apply for a job in IT. She gave me the courage to look for first job in IT and now I am successfully working in Master Data! Wholeheartedly , I recommend you to participate in any ideas lead by Małgorzata :)
