In my role at The Resource I get to meet many different companies and help them discover how our Employment Services, Staffing Solutions, Permanent Placement, direct hire systems and assessment tools can help them hire the right talent necessary for their businesses to succeed. Seeing first-hand how our Core Assessment Tool uncovers the best possible candidates for our clients is truly amazing. This tool describes the innate and unchanging nature of individuals and shows how they are hardwired in life. I enjoy working with our clients to use this tool to find new employees, understand their employees better, adjust their individual career paths and provide relevant leadership development for their employees. I believe that every position my client has in their organization should be a contributor to their company. I love helping our clients with The Core Assessment tool and attain the results they need to insure their organization is successful. Helping my clients with their staffing and permanent placement needs in regards to their business goals is another rewarding area of my position at The Resource. Working with my clients on worksite culture, resource optimization assessments, staffing feasibility studies, permanent placement recruiting plans and training programs that support building the right are just a few of the areas that I enjoy working with my clients on. As I stated before, I truly love connecting people to their right jobs and connecting companies to the right people. I am successful doing this in temporary staffing and permanent placement.
