Rita and I worked together for about 18 months at HSBC and in that time I realized just how fantastic she really is. I have never come across someone so customer focused but who, at the same time, ensures that the reputation of her employer is never tarnished. There were some difficult operational decisions that impacted heavily on clients over the last 18 months, but this is where Rita excelled. She has a natural ability to talk to irate clients, listen with empathy and diffuse potentially volatile situations. Rita is also a massive team player. During our time together, she went out of her way to help every one around her. In fact, in a lot of the shared success of the area, Rita played a key role as an instigator/coach/mentor/buddy and all round superwoman. Rita doesn’t like a fuss making over her, however its only right to say how much I have enjoyed working with Rita this last 18 months. Some of the things I have learned from our time together will stick with me for a very long time and for that I am eternally grateful to her. If the opportunity ever arises for Rita and I to work together again, I would not hesitate in making it happen.

Rita has been my relationship manager for the past 20 years or so and I cannot speak too highly of her.
