  As the owners of a restaurant at first we had to do a bit of everything. We had to adapt to a global pandemic, solve the shortage of workers or sometimes deliver some orders ourselves. I am really proactive and a problem solver, but it was a challenging time, I am glad we are over it. Now I have to coordinate and rearrange the tasks of the team members from time to time, prepare the documentations, analise all the available data and come up with new ideas in order to improve the quality of the service and make more profit in the same time. Right now I am thinking of stepping down as a manager and finding the new drive for me. Show less
