D. J. Mogefors

I had the pleasure of working alongside Rita for three years at the University of Oxford. Although we didn't collaborate directly on the same projects, I was able to witness her exceptional skills and dedication to her work. Rita is a standout professional with a strong background in software project management. One of her most notable achievements was the development of a highly complex online tool - Reg Metrics. Despite facing numerous challenges and having to juggle multiple stakeholders and interests, she delivered a high-quality and user-friendly product that exceeded expectations. Her communication skills are second to none, enabling her to navigate even the most challenging situations with ease. That said, Rita is not only an expert in her field but also a delightful person to work with. Her upbeat personality and genuine care for her colleagues fostered a positive working environment that encouraged collaboration and team spirit.

Having had the pleasure of working with Rita for the past year as her coach/mentor, she is not only passionate about her business, but also very coachable — willing and able to suggestions on board and to learn and develop — as well as easy to work with. Pretty much an ideal mentee, you might say!
