I worked with Rita for 7 years and together helped grow a new division at USA Basketball focused on servicing a nation-wide audience of coaches and players in basketball. Rita's contributions to the Youth & Sport Development department of USA Basketball are wide-spread. She played a vital role in the creation of our online LMS and MMS systems, set policies and procedures to bring digital programming to coaches around the world, and planned and executed live in-person events including women's conferences focusing on developing future leaders in sport. Her passion for the organization's mission of growing the game and providing first rate customer servicing was a model for all. Rita quickly learned about the user experience needed to build our coaching community and deliver educational courses, safety policies such as background screening, manage payments, user profiles, renewal processes, and more.
