Nikola Ranguelov
Over the year and a half that I have been working with Rita we were focusing our UX skills on different initiatives, yet every time we'd find ourselves in a setting where we could share ideas/design approach/research findings & so on, Rita would always demonstrate how extremely knowledgable she is as well as not only the ideal UX direction but also smart strategy for making sure that stakeholders were aligned. I have also consistently observed Rita's attitude uplift peers, regardless of how stressful a project might have gotten, at various points in time. With Rita's fantastic work ethic she'd be an asset to any organization - I would feel extremely fortunate and thankful if our career paths cross again in the future!

When I first met Rita, I could tell right away that she would be a fantastic addition to the team. We worked closely as UX partners on two teams and multiple projects for over a year. Rita is an excellent collaborator and it was very easy to share ideas with her. When planning for a project, Rita is very thorough. She works hard to research and understand the proposed problem, to cover every use case and to provide designs that are detailed, functional and robust. Rita brings a lot to the table, she has a brain for research and is always searching for the "why and how" of the problem. She is a talented problem-solver and that is clear in her wires and prototypes. She can provide logical solutions on the spot and is able to explain and defend her decisions clearly and professionally.
