We collaborated with The New Design School (TNDS) for a UX analysis of one of our products. Taking into account that my team entered this project with different assumptions, and several constraints could jeopardize the project, the TNDS was able to deliver a fantastic report with lots of findings that exceed all our expectations. I have to mention that Rita and her team had to develop this project during one of the most challenging times in human history, the COVID-19 pandemic. Still, they were able to find, interview and question users, showing that no adversities can stop them from making a truly fantastic work. I daresay that not many agencies/companies perform this level of detail, insights and analysis as Rita team did. In the beginning, the investment in this study was something that some of my colleagues were doubtful of the benefits of (as I believe it happens in all small enterprises). However, after Rita and the TNDS group presented the final findings, they were able to convert the most sceptical of my colleagues and prove that UX is an essential part of any product development. I want to congratulate and recommend Rita specifically for all her expertise, proficiency and sharpness throughout the project. And the best part is that now we can provide a meaningful user experience with a product that fulfils the user's needs and my company's goals.
