Rita was what I would have considered my mentor when I started at Target, having been in stores recruiting and HR combined for over 7 years. She was always direct, clear and concise in her approach to guiding me through obstacles or issues I was having with my team, which I very much appreciated. She is a master mind of time management and organization, and tends to break down complicated tasks into manageable, easy-to-understand pieces in order to communicate them and manage them to her team. She can relate to anyone, from the cashier up front all the way up to the VP, with genuine caring and perspective. I'd highly recommend working with Rita and can only hope to bump into her in my future endeavors.

I have known Rita for many years and have been in positions where she has directly reported to me as well as where we have been colleagues. Rita is an amazing business partner and a passionate leader who naturally connects and engages with teams at all levels within an organization. She provides feedback in a tough but compassionate, motivating style that enables people to excel in their roles. She balances her commitment to developing great teams and building sustainable engaged cultures with a drive and perseverance to consistently exceed company objectives and goals. As a business partner, Rita has always had a direct positive impact on bottom line business results and customer satisfaction. I have witnessed this even when she has held positions and been faced with situations and environments that are very complex and challenging. Rita never backs down to a challenge and thrives on being a part of positive change. She has consistently been known as a top performing leader in all positions she held at Target because of her ability to develop great teams, run operationally sound businesses while consistently achieving and exceeding company expectations and results.
