  I worked in Ernst & Young (“EY”) as an intern in 2015 and upon graduating from my degree in 2016, I was employed as an Audit Assistant in the same firm. In 2018, I was promoted to Audit Senior and subsequently in October 2020 I became an Audit Supervisor (Assistant Audit Manager). During my tenure in EY for the last 4 years, I had been placed in the Assurance Department specifically covering the financial services sector. I have audited MBSB, MIDF, Maybank, Bank Muamalat, Amanah Raya, Takaful Ikhlas, Great Eastern and Manulife. My nature of job responsibilities included assessing investment valuations, asset verifications, loan reviews, impairment assessments, reviewing financial statements for annual reports and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, auditing standards and statutory requirements including those set by Bank Negara Malaysia.
