Work as a Project Engineer-PMC on Project like Zudio,Westside,Shoppers stop,Pantaloons,KFC,Pizza hut 1.verifying the site dimension as per the design and send for amendment. 2.Coordination between Client and Vender 3.Responsible for Project Schedule planning and execution in the form of Pert. 4.Vendor Management like Civil&Interior ,HVAc, Electrical,Plumbing,Carpenter, ,Fire Fighting &FAs,Facade,CCTV&PA and IT Hardware 5.Responsible for the Site execution with each technical aspect. 6.Preparing the Daily progress Report with PPT to client and Also weekly report for Material tracking and work schedule. 7.InForming the vendor for the Material procurement as per design and following up for the material delivery. 8.Responsible for the material is as per the Approved Make list or not. 9.Follow up for the Equipment & Machinery and Furniture delivery on time. 10.Responsible for the vendor alignment as per the work front. 11.Inform the designer and take the approval for the further proceed if any deviation in drawing. 12.Attending the meeting with developer for his constraints and project support during the time of execution. 13.Escallation of major issue with higher authority with the solution. 14.Installtion, Commissioning &Testing of every and every work executed at the site like water proofing,Electrical wiring ,Cable Route,DG,earthing,Plumbing line,AC,Exhaust And fresh air, Gas pipeline etc. 15.Do the site Measurements of all the work like civil &interior,Fire fighting &gas , electrical,Gas, HVAC etc. 16.Closing the bills as per the actual and following up for the snag closure 17.Checking Of all the equipment with full load Show less
