As a Software Development Engineer 1, I have successfully worked on various major projects such as: Amazon Distribution WMS Gateway: Designed and implemented the API Gateway for the Warehouse Management System (WMS) which are used in Amazon Distribution Centers worldwide. Primarily worked on a service which is responsible to accept REST calls, validate them and route them to the correct downstream clients by wrapping request with the correct Auth tokens . Actively worked with different teams to perform the load testing of the gateway which helped us in identifying the bottlenecks for the service and setup the proper infrastructure configurations for it. Inventory Control for Amazon Distribution WMS: Successfully implemented end to end workflows for the associates to perform inspections weekly on handled devices. Efficiently designed and implemented the automated ticket creation process when unhappy flow is triggered during the inspection. Proficiently implemented the UI dashboard for the DC-manager to upload the audits manually and view the failed inspections and also update the inspection with the correct root for the failure. Produce Grading in WMS: Demonstrated strength by skilfully designing end to end UI wireframes for all the UI actors(3) to meet the project deadlines without delay. I also worked on fixing the memory issue on the react app and identified the issue of blank page when directly accessing the browser. Created the best practices documentation which was used by other engineers. In this tenure of my career, I have successfully designed and implemented the feedback tool which was used by mentee to provide feedback to there mentors and in return mentors provided feedback on the work done by a mentee before contacting them. I also designed and implemented the manager view from scratch which showed the number of mentoring session of there reportees at granular level. Adding to this, I also designed and implemented ML based customer sentiment provider.
