  Thomso: a majestic four days annual cultural fest of IIT Roorkee, recognized asone of the greatest pomp youth festivals of India.Responsibilities:• 2 Years of experience in leading the Operations and Promotions team,executing strategies in various cities of India.• Planning Event strategy and smooth controls for the whole 4-day festival.• Implementing the plan for control of students (15k+ students who visit IITRoorkee during Thomso).• Leading the promotions team to get a huge footfall of 40k from various parts of India
