  I am responsible for the smooth operation and logistics for a busy social service agency with 40 core and 50 field staff, student interns and hundreds of volunteers. We serve people of all ages and backgrounds in the Metrowest section of Boston MA. We are funded primarily through fundraising efforts and grants from local corporations and family foundations. I report to the CEO, COO and Director of Finance. I supervise an admin team of 4, manage all of the logistics, office equipment, and telephone system. Additionally, I do bookkeeping, reporting, some HR functions using Quickbooks, Salesforce, Microsoft Office and other software applications. I am the liaison with the Board of Directors. Show less
