   Dealing with Medico Legal Records and attending the court on summary.  Check the files for any discrepancies in the record and get it amended by operational executive.  In case there is a need for the sharing of information in-house the record viewing rights or a hard copy can be issuing to concern person.  The Notifiable Diseases/ Communicable Diseases which are listed in to Chief Medical Officer/ NDMC/ MCD, office through the Concern Format.  Death and Birth registration is done online/ manually and a hard copy is sent to nearest Chief Medical Officer/ NDMC/ MCD, office, through the Concern Format.  Coordination for the verification of medical record insurance companies and police officers.  Destruction of the medical records as per the record discarding policy.  All responsibility of Internal Audit & External Audit.  Completion and procession of hospital statistics and preparation on different periodical reports on morbidity and mortality.  Daily compilation of Hospital Census Report, Providing Information, Coding Case Sheet (According to ICD-10)  Maintain & Retrial of records for patient case research study.  Monitoring with the requirements of the institution and departments as per their requisition.  Protect the security of medical records to ensure that confidentiality is maintained.  Maintain Retrial of ESI, TPA, ECHS Panels.  MOD Duty in Hospital.  All responsibility CMO Office Related worked.  Check Daily OPD, IPD census & Bed Occupancy rate according to Medical Council of India.  Check Daily OPD & IPD Cash Collection.  Monthly & Yearly Clinical Material Check According to Medical Council of India.
